Terms and conditions for Platinum Membership

Auto-billed monthly based on the date you first purchase the plan. Not valid for workshops or series classes. Non-transferable (your friend can’t come using your membership!) and non-refundable (sorry not sorry!) If you need to cancel after the initial 12 months, email DC@divadancecompany.com at least 2 weeks prior to your next bill date. If you request to cancel prior to making all initial required payments, there will be an early cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining time commitment value or $189, whichever is less.

IN-PERSON CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

We know things come up, so we just ask that you log into your dashboard to cancel 12 hours before your class and there's no penalty (so for a 7 PM class, just cancel by 7 AM).

LATE CANCELS: Late Cancel (canceling less than 12 hours before class) will be assessed a $10 late cancel fee.

NO SHOWS: If you no show without canceling, you'll be charged the full rate of the drop-in class. Sorry not sorry!

REFUNDS: We don't offer refunds on any classes, memberships, passes, werkshops, performance programs, or apparel.

ONLINE CLASS CANCELLATION

You may cancel up to 2 hours before an online class scheduled start time. After that, you will receive the link to the class and the pass will be deducted from your account. No credits or refunds for unused classes. Links are viewable for 7 days after scheduled class time.
