Terms and conditions for New Client 2 Week Trial

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Spots in classes are limited and sign-up is required. if you aren't able to make it to a class you signed up for, just log into your dashboard on Pike13 to cancel at least 12 hours before your class and there's no penalty (so for a 7 PM class, just cancel by 7 AM).

LATE CANCELS: Late Cancel (canceling less than 12 hours before class) will be assessed a $10 late cancel fee.

NO SHOWS: If you no show without canceling, you'll be charged the full rate of the drop-in class. Sorry not sorry!

WAITLIST REMINDER: If you get in, you will be notified via email (check Spam/Promotions/etc folders). If you’re on the waitlist and you can no longer attend, please log in to your account to cancel your spot. Cancellation policy applies.

HOW TO CANCEL CLASS: Log into your account, scroll down to “Upcoming Classes”, and click the class to cancel. We cannot process class cancellations via email/text/call.
