Terms and conditions for Single Drop-in
Expires 30 days after purchase. Non-transferable (your friend can’t come using your pass!) and non-refundable (sorry not sorry!) Terms, conditions and rate subject to change.
We know things come up, so we just ask that you log into your dashboard to cancel 12 hours before your class and there's no penalty (so for a 7 PM class, just cancel by 7 AM).
LATE CANCELS: Late Cancel (canceling less than 12 hours before class) will be assessed a $10 late cancel fee.
NO SHOWS: If you no show without canceling, you'll be charged the full rate of the drop-in class. Sorry not sorry!
REFUNDS: We don't offer refunds on any classes, memberships, passes, werkshops, performance squad, or apparel.
You may cancel up to 2 hours before an online class scheduled start time. After that, you will receive the link to the class and the pass will be deducted from your account. No credits or refunds for unused classes. Links are viewable for 7 days after scheduled class time.
